food nutritional analysisThe nutritional declaration analysis include a variety of parameters. From the basic nutritional declaration (Type A) with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, sugar and salt, to calculate the energy of food, (type B) with further analysis of sugars and fats, to trace elements, vitamins and other nutrient determination.

Nutritional declaration can be complemented by the calculation of Guideline Daily Amount. The GDA declaration will add information like the number of calories and grams of sugars, fat, saturates (saturated fat) and salt per portion and as a percentage of the Guideline Daily Amount.
