Food Analysis

If you are in the food processing business, we perform food analysis and testing based on defined, appropriate and validated protocols. The QACS Laboratory matrixes include a variety of foods, such as meat, dairy, pastries, ready-to-eat food, sauces, refreshments, beverages and food supplements.

In our analysis methodology we use analytical equipment, including chromatography (HPLC, GC, GC/MS) and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS, GFA, FIAS).

We focus on microbiological testing, shelf-life testing, label review, nutritional analysis, and testing for additives.

We also participate in proficiency testing schemes. Our performance is assessed by independent accreditation organisations to ensure that we deliver the quality results you demand.

The QACS Food Microbiology Laboratory is accredited to ISO 17025.
