We offer Additives and Contaminants testing in foodstuffs and food supplements. We test food products such as meat, dairy, pastries, ready-to-eat foods, sauces, refreshments and beverages.


Groups of consumers are sensitive to specific food impurities. Impurities may present a health hazard, gluten or cultural, swine DNA restriction. Gluten testing and detection of potentially contaminating DNA allows avoiding cross contamination and complying with food safety standards. A wide range of analytical and molecular equipment is being used. We provide the suitable tests to monitor and verify the quality of these preparations. Through thorough food testing on raw, intermediate and final foodstuffs and food supplements we ensure food quality and consumer safety in terms of additives and impurities.

Contaminants in food might derive from Food Contact Materials (FCM), as well as from anything coming in contact with food within the food production and transportation. Our Methodology

We use high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC, GC/MS), atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS, Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, Elisa) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) to determine organic trace compounds and to ensure food quality and safety. Their qualitative and quantitative determinations are crucial in the analytical process of detecting contaminants, environmental pollutants, natural toxins and chemical residues.
