Microbiome Forum, 11-12 May

The 14th Microbiome R&D and Business Collaboration Forum was held on May 11 & 12 at the World Trade Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. It was co-located with the 8th Skin Microbiome & Cosmeceuticals Congress. The forum was an important international meeting focused on exploring how recent advances in microbiome science have provided a much deeper understanding of the complex and dynamic microbial communities that inhabit the human body and their impact on health.QACS Lab participated in the conference and contributed with a scientific presentation titled “Species-Level Facial Skin Microbiome Signatures Associated with Skin Aging Phenotypes.” The presentation highlighted the relationship between facial skin microbiome composition and skin aging characteristics, supporting a translational approach that integrates microbiome profiling into cosmetic R&D and product evaluation strategies.

In Cosmetics, 14-16 April

QACS participated for the 18th year in in-cosmetics Global 2026, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris. As the world’s leading event for cosmetic ingredients and formulation, in-cosmetics Global is a key meeting point for R&D experts, cosmetic scientists, and product developers shaping the future of beauty. The 2026 edition spotlighted next-generation cosmetic innovation, with strong emphasis on advanced formulation, functional ingredients, microbiome-friendly products, and AI-driven R&D. Emerging concepts such as inner beauty and wellness further highlighted the shift towards holistic product development. QACS’s long-standing presence reflects its ongoing commitment to innovation and its active engagement with the evolving cosmetics industry, supporting product safety, compliance, and performance through advanced Cosmetic Testing Services — from lab to launch.

Food Expo, 14-16 March

QACS participated in FOOD EXPO 2026, the leading Food & Beverage exhibition in Southeastern Europe, which welcomed over 39,000 industry professionals and more than 1,300 exhibitors. The event served as a key meeting point for the global F&B community, bringing together producers, suppliers and buyers in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, networking and business development. Through its presence, QACS showcased its expertise in food safety and quality testing, supporting food businesses with reliable laboratory analyses, quality control services and scientific support tailored to the evolving demands of the industry. Participation in FOOD EXPO highlights QACS’s commitment to ensuring product safety, quality and compliance, while supporting businesses in delivering market-ready food products in an increasingly competitive global market.

ERPA SUMMIT, 24-25 February

QACS Lab participated in the 10th ERPA Annual Summit 2026, one of Europe’s leading conferences focused on cosmetics compliance and product safety. The event brings together professionals from the cosmetics industry, testing laboratories, regulatory authorities and scientific experts, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across the regulatory landscape. The programme addressed key regulatory developments and practical challenges, including the application of New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) in safety assessment within the European regulatory framework. Participation in the ERPA Summit reinforces QACS Lab’s role as a trusted partner in cosmetics testing and product safety.

Biofach, 10-13 February

QACS participated for the first time in Biofach 2026, the leading international exhibition for organic products, bringing together professionals from across the global organic industry. Through its presence, QACS highlighted its expertise in organic product testing and quality control, supporting producers and brands with a comprehensive range of analytical services, including residues and contaminants testing, microbiological and chemical analyses, molecular testing and R&D support. Participation in BIOFACH reflects a strong commitment to ensuring the integrity, safety and compliance of organic products, while supporting the growing demand for transparency and scientifically validated quality across the supply chain.
